Gluten free with no high fructose corn syrup it's nothing but goodness. It's one of my favorite ones to make because of the horseradish. It's just the right amount and smells amazing!
So here's some of my favorite ways to use Classic Cocktail Sauce with smoked Maine sea salt and my Tequila Lime Cocktail Sauce with smoked Maine sea salt.
1.Grilled Shrimp with Cocktail Sauce
Both of my versions are awesome with shrimp. I marinate the shrimp in my Special Blend Marinade and grill. Tequila gives my Tequila Lime Cocktail Sauce a bit of earthiness that is refreshing and a welcome change from the bland taste of most cocktail sauces.
2.Kielbasa with Cocktail Sauce
Growing up cocktail sauce with kielbasa was a staple at camp and during holidays. Although it was served after boiling and allowing to cool and then slice prefer to slice and toss it in a cast iron frying pan just long enough to put a little sear on it. Choose either my Classic Cocktail Sauce or the Tequila Lime Cocktail Sauce for this one.
3. I used to sample my Cocktail Sauces with shrimp but I found at events it was a little too messy and I was always worrying about customers that might have shrimp allergies. I then came up with this crab dip for sampling ad it's become a favorite appetizer.
4. Mexican Shrimp
There is so much freshness in this appetizer! Pan sheared shrimp that has been marinaded in my Special Blend Marinade combined with avocados, celery, cucumbers, red onions and roma tomatoes is all so healthy and flavorful. Stir it all together with either Classic Cocktail Sauce or Tequila Lime Cocktail Sauce. Both are great with this although I tend to favor the Tequila Lime Cocktail Sauce for this one.
5. Bloody Mary
There is something so invigorating about a bloody mary and it's so easy to make with the help of Tequila Lime Cocktail Sauce with smoked Maine sea salt. It's the perfect way to bring to life the freshness combined with a great vodka. Here's how to do it:
1 oz steak sauce
2 oz citrus vodka
2 oz Tequila Lime Cocktail Sauce with smoked sea salt
top with tomato juice and garnish with celery. Jazz it up with a trip of bacon, shrimp, a skewer of green olives and mozzarella cheese. Yum!
