Cherry Habanero Sauce

I love the pairing of fruits and alcohol....as if it wasn't obvious by now! The sweetness of the cherries paired with cherry bourbon is balanced with a little heat from habaneros and wow! Cherry Habanero Sauce is my favorite on ribs. The full flavor of this sauce is great on pork, scallops, fried tilapia, cod, lamb and I've even heard of customers using it on tofu.
